Keeping in touch with school

As you know we try very hard to keep parents regularly informed about what is going on at the school, however, sending paper letters home can be rather ‘hit and miss’ with letters often going astray on the way!

Because of the substantial cost and environmental impact associated with paper letters we communicate with parents and guardians using the online service, ParentMail. If you do not have easy access to a computer the school will arrange for your daughter to receive paper copies via their form register. 

It is very important that you register ParentMail to ensure you stay in touch with your daughter's activities at school and can receive any urgent messages. Messages from the PTA are also sent to parents using ParentMail.

To use ParentMail you will need to contact the school to ask for a registration code which will be sent home with your daughter admin@ladymargaret.lbhf.sch.uk.

Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.

ParentMail messages will be sent from messages@parentmail.co.uk. Please add this address to your email address books (or approved sender list) to prevent messages from being blocked by your SPAM/JUNK filters.

Since our move to ParentMail X in September 2015, you can also download a useful Parent Mail X app which will store all the messages sent by the school.
